On Thursday, July 14, 2016, PCMI President & CEO – Mark Nagelvoort, was a guest speaker at Property Casualty Insurers’ (PCI) Service Contract Reimbursement Committee Meeting. Mark was delighted to speak in-person at this meeting about his presentation titled “2016 New Technology Processes.” He shared the technology trends of the past two years in the Service Contract Industry from PCMI’s experience. Mark enjoyed sharing his insight and expertise with members of the committee, especially since Service Contracts have become more complex in recent years, causing the demand expectation for Administration Systems and technology to increase immensely.
With representatives present from top companies in the industry, the gathering was personal and intimate and all were able to share their knowledge and advice in industry trends. This was an eminent event for PCMI to be a part of and both Mark Nagelvoort and Marketing Manager – Laura Kotz appreciated the opportunity to learn and network.
