The PCMI team are experts in the Home Warranty area with our modular platform. We launched both the Zurich Home Warranty and the Sears Home Warranty plans. Our Home Warranty platform manages all aspects of the Home Warranty Segment like deductibles, multiple line items, scheduling in-home service, flexible rating and pricing.
PCMI has successfully completed the SSAE 16 (SOC 1) Examination. Our internal controls and overall business processes have been tested by an independent firm of Certified Public Accountants as operating effectively. The Service Plans module enables full policy design which includes aspects such as whole home, product suites, pool/spa add-ons, and much more. The flexibility of the application allows you to define your service plan or gives your customer the ability to design what they need. We enable you to connect to an existing website or we can support your own option.
This module is stand alone or can be tied into your service system’s network. Its capabilities are endless, including automating full adjudication or red-flag claim submissions requiring additional scrutiny, providing workflow management tools to keep you on track with your business, creating reports and AI options to ensure you have the best information available, and presenting flexible deductible management options.
The Scheduling module allows the user to assign the best skill set for the job and track their progress. It allows for easy integration with leading scheduling and routing applications to make greater service options available.
This module is the electronic filing cabinet for managing your service partner relationships. It allows you to easily manage your service network for multiple industries by verifying training, OEM warranty authorizations, insurance validation, background checks, and more.
The Call Capture module helps you easily log and track each customer interaction! Use the flexible communication tools to send messages or automated calling to keep customers up to speed, track each event related to your customer, and even avoid unnecessary service calls with the reliable troubleshooting tool.
All products are tracked for any possible coverage – OEM, extended warranty, maintenance, or COD – with the Entitlement module. It provides your team, your partners, and your consumer with the latest registration information and its impact on the service interaction.
