P CMI is happy to welcome new Implementation Specialist/Trainer Tracy Kabeshita! Tracy will be joining our Chicago office where she will be implementing new customers on the consumer side of our PCRS software and training both new and existing customers on how to best use the software to meet their needs. While at PCMI, she is looking forward to the opportunity to build a program rich in content for all users of the PCRS system and assist them in becoming efficient and effective leaders. One of her goals is to create a library of documentation, job aids, training presentations, and CBTs for our consumer customers.
Tracy Kabeshita graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a degree in Sociology and Anthropology (Criminal Justice). She chose this field of study because she had been considering law school, then a local software company and industry giant hired her. They produced software for sheriff’s offices and PDs to deliver computer-aided dispatch (CAD), Records Management (RMS) and more. This was her entrée into software training and consulting.
When she is not working, Tracy likes to visit the library or a gourmet grocery store. She loves to read and cook, and her other hobbies include boating, fishing, and planning travel. Tracy is a passionate servant to the LivingWell Cancer Resource Center which provides counseling, social services, art classes, yoga, wig fitting, massage, and many other forms of support completely free to patients and their families. She was asked to join the Advisory Council in December of 2018 after serving as an ambassador in the community and a volunteer to some of the fundraising committees.Explore Our Opportunities
