Role at PCMI

As our Human Resources Manager, Maggie Jones oversees the entire Human Resources department. In this position she is responsible for the growth and development of PCMI team members, recruitment, staff engagement and ensuring PCMI is compliant of local, state and federal laws. Having Maggie on the team will help improve legal and regulatory compliance as well as employee engagement and relations at PCMI.

Career

She has served as a trusted business partner advising senior management on policies, programs, procedures, talent acquisition and competitive benefits, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance for the past 15 years. This professional experience has made her adept at nurturing in-house cultures that facilitate positive internal relationships and boost employee retention.

Education

Maggie attended Eastern Illinois University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, and obtained a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University.
