I am fully integrated into the DNA of our company. PCMI is more than just a job to me—it goes much deeper than that.

Role at PCMI

Greg Kasprzycki is responsible for the strategy and execution of the product roadmap for PCMI’s Policy Claim and Reporting Solutions™ (PCRS) software. This includes product vision, innovation, design, and development to ensure that the company drives revenue and satisfies customers. With extensive knowledge of our PCRS software, Greg is able to balance the goals of our system with our customers’ business needs.

Career

He has spent his whole professional career working alongside President & CEO – Mark Nagelvoort in the automotive F&I Industry. He had started as a vital member of the SCS Administration system’s development team at Mark’s previous company, NAT Inc. In 2005, NAT Inc. was acquired by Dealertrack, which later went on to become a privately held company called F&I Administration Solutions, where Greg held the position of Product/Implementation Manager. When Mark approached Greg in 2012 with an idea to reenter the space as PCMI, Greg jumped on the opportunity.
