Vlad Likhovid is in charge of all things related to planning, organization, and execution of IT related applications. Vlad helps drive new business by controlling IT operations to satisfy customer requirements while also supporting the maintenance of existing PCMI applications. To help the company grow and remain at the forefront of technological innovation, Vlad and his team oversee the creation of new technical solutions and how they can be implemented into our PCRS software while making the company more secure to increase customer satisfaction.

He has spent his whole professional career building expertise in technology management, specifically in the areas of system analysis, design, and software implementation. Vlad started his 25+ years of experience in Ukraine, working as a programmer and analyst before eventually making his way to the United States in 1997. While working for Deloitte & Touche Tax Technologies and Corptax LLC, Vlad garnered the ability to lead a team dedicated to technology solutions. This valuable employment history made Vlad the natural choice to lead PCMI forward through Technology planning and development.

Vlad holds a Master of Science in Computer Controlled Systems from Kiev Polytechnic Institute in Kiev, Ukraine.
