Career
With more than two decades of leadership in insurance and F&I technology, Clyde has built, scaled, and transformed organizations across the ecosystem. He began his career by founding Insurity Solutions in 1997, pioneering one of the earliest web-based rating systems before its acquisition by ChoicePoint. He then spent over a decade at Insurity and LexisNexis, leading product modernization initiatives and overseeing major platform portfolios. At ClarionDoor, Clyde guided the company through rapid growth and positioned it for a successful acquisition by Zywave.
Since joining PCMI in 2022 as President, Clyde has become deeply embedded in the F&I ecosystem, working closely with TPAs, OEMs, and dealers to understand evolving operational challenges and accelerate the PCRS roadmap. His leadership has strengthened PCRS with expanded automation, deeper partner integrations, and an improved customer experience.
Now as CEO, Clyde is carrying forward PCMI’s long-standing commitment to innovation while shaping the company’s next era—delivering a smarter, more modern administration experience for every participant in the F&I lifecycle.
Education
Earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Southern Illinois University, followed by an MBA in International Finance from Georgia State University. Also holds a CPA license.
