Software as a Service
Working with Rackspace allows PCMI to be a SaaS (Software as a Service) provider, meaning the PCRS software is licensed on a subscription basis, is centrally hosted at Rackspace data centers, and does not require PCMI clients to perform any software downloads and installations.

To establish PCMI’s commitment to the security and confidentiality standards required in our industry, our company undergoes a SOC audit under SSAE 18 Attestation Standards to provide an accurate assessment of PCMI’s privacy control environment. This is done to ensure our clients and partners that PCMI has taken all necessary measures to protect the information process in our service offering. By submitting to this audit, we establish the validity of PCMI’s security controls in following the regulations of the AICPA Trust Services Principles and Criteria.
