Sagini is an accomplished technology executive with deep experience leading global engineering organizations in complex, high-scale environments. Prior to PCMI, she held senior technology leadership roles at VistaPrint and Cimpress, where she drove large-scale platform modernization and strengthened delivery rigor across systems supporting millions of customers. Known for building disciplined, high-performing teams, Sagini aligns technology strategy with business priorities to position PCRS for sustained innovation and enterprise-grade scale innovation and performance.

Holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
