Branson brings over 15 years of experience guiding transformation and growth across the automotive and financial services industries. Before joining PCMI, he served as Partner/Principal and EY Americas Automotive Retail Transformation Leader at Ernst & Young LLP (EY US), helping OEMs, administrators, and technology providers modernize digital retail, aftermarket, and warranty operations. His leadership fuels PCMI’s mission to deliver smarter, faster, and more connected experiences for customers.

Education

Earned an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College.
