Career
Nick brings over a decade of experience in finance, M&A, and investment strategy. He began his career as a CPA at KPMG, advising on 30+ M&A transactions for software firms backed by major private equity. He later held roles at Progress Partners and William Blair in tech investment banking. Before joining PCMI, he was a Vice President at Lewis & Clark Ventures. His expertise in modeling, growth planning, and investor relations supports PCMI’s strategic financial leadership.
Education
Received a Master of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration dual degree from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Stonehill College.
