Role at PCMI
As Chief Financial Officer, Tetiana will direct and oversee the strategic planning and execution of all finance activities of PCMI, including the preparation of current financial reports, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts. This includes studying long-range economic trends and projecting their impact on future growth in sales and market share.
Career
Tetiana has worked in finance for almost a decade while most recently holding a position as Chief Financial Officer at Envoy Global, an immigration services provider. Starting off as a Senior Accounting Manager, Tetiana was quickly promoted to Financial Controller and then finally elevated to CFO. In the time Tetiana worked at Envoy, headcount grew from 133 employees in April 2020 to 341 in July 2022, drastically increasing the company’s growth.
Education
Tetiana graduated from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy with a Master of Science in Finance and is currently earning her MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
