PCMI Gives Back to the Community by Participating in Relay for Life

June 9, 2017PCMI Culture

On Saturday, June 3rd, members of the PCMI Chicago team gave back to the community by donating their time to the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life Des Plaines/Park Ridge. Throughout the year, PCMI enjoys giving to different charities in the surrounding area in order to support those most in need. This was the first year that PCMI has been involved in a Relay for Life event, and the team was happy to contribute to a great cause by raising money and attending the Relay.

Members of the PCMI team were able to join the “PCMI Holy Walkamolies” team in order to be a part of the special day, or they were able to solely attend the event since it was open to the public. PCMI had a handful of employees join the “PCMI Holy Walkamolies” team and combined they raised $2.275.00, which granted PCMI recognition as a Rising Star Team. All that attended had a wonderful time mingling, attempting to win raffle prizes, and walking, all while giving back.
