A seasoned executive in the industry, Mark has dedicated 30+ years to developing software administration systems. He specializes in using his expansive knowledge to help customers establish all phases of their extended warranty programs including sales, policy and claim administration, risk management, and offshore reinsurance within our PCRS software.

Mr. Bell has over 35 years of experience in the automobile industry including aftersales, warranty, vehicle service contracts, and certified pre-owned. Doug’s experience in operations, sales & marketing, product development, pricing, policy administration, risk management, reinsurance, affinity insurance and direct sales programs led him to found Service Contracting Consulting in January 2020 to assist others in the industry.
Beecher Carlson – Executive Managing Director
Greg Myers leads the National Manufacturing Practice at Beecher Carlson where he specializes in the evaluation, formation, and implementation of OEM F&I programs primarily involving alternative risk structures. He has developed and continues to manage F&I programs for seven automotive OEMS and is a five-time winner of the Risk and Insurance Power Broker award.
