Role at PCMI
Eduard is often referred to as the “Grandfather” of our PCRS software since he is our original developer and wrote the first line of code. His design laid the groundwork for our system and played a key role in forming the vision that our software would follow. Eduard is an expert at resolving high-level issues related to client productivity, supporting clients with troubleshooting, converting import and export processes, and overseeing data migration processes.
Career
Before joining PCMI, Eduard was a Programming Team Lead at Dealertrack where he worked alongside President & CEO, Mark Nagelvoort and COO – Greg Kasprzycki. Because of the work he displayed for many years and expertise in the F&I product industry, Mark asked him to help build PCMI from the ground up in 2012.

Eduard attended college in Ukraine and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Technology.
