Role at PCMI
Marcin Sitarz leads our software development team that evolves, enhances, and maintains our PCRS administration system. He continuously optimizes our development processes and helps design the architecture of our solution. Being the first team member in our Poland office, Marcin single-handedly built our Krakow team of over 75 developers, testers, and IT specialists.
Career
Marcin has over 10 years of extensive experience in the software industry with a strong background in Business Application Development, Reporting, and BI Solutions. He worked for many years as an Automation Engineer at ABIS before starting as PCMI’s first developer in Poland. His strong management skills and in-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle led Marcin to grow into our VP of Development position and head of our Krakow office.
Education
Marcin has a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Cracow University of Technology.
