In this Director position, Prudhvi Gandamalla is responsible for the operations of the Dealer Participation, Risk Management, and Data Delivery teams ensuring that the business areas are aligning with PCMI customers and performing efficiently and effectively.
Career
She began her career working at Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Programmer Analyst performing quality assurance on user applications. Here she developed a fascination with code, and that curiosity pushed her to pursue a Master’s degree in IT. Her drive led her to start an internship with PCMI, where she utilized the progressive and fast-paced atmosphere to gain priceless industry experience. The dedication she showed during her internship eventually led Prudhvi to a position in leadership. Prudhvi now uses her past QA experience in her current role as a Developer to implement features, fix bugs, and write correct, high-quality code.
