Role at PCMI
Rhonda Park has helped build and define our automotive PMO team, a group focused on successfully implementing new clients and maintaining existing clients on our PCRS software. She also works closely with our Development Management Team to ensure the Business and Development sides of the organization are aligned. Rhonda has leveraged her experience to streamline our processes and increase productivity while strengthening our clients’ confidence in PCMI’s ability to deliver a quality software system.
She has spent most of her career working in the software industry, starting as a Consultant implementing software and working her way up to a Director role leading a team of Systems Analysts and supporting various back office applications. Before moving to PCMI, she worked at an eMenu company for 5 years, combining her experience in Agile development with her knowledge of F&I products and services. Working at PCMI allows Rhonda to use her strengths in software development, leadership, and knowledge of the F&I industry to ensure all projects meet the goals and requirement of our clients.
Rhonda attended Edison State where she earned an Associate’s Degree in Telecommunications.
