PCMI has great people from all over the world, I really enjoy  mentoring the young incredibly talented team members.  I also love overcoming the challenges of creating software for the auto industry.

Role at PCMI

Russell Ridley utilizes his wealth of knowledge in both the automotive industry and technology to help PCMI deliver an intelligent software solution to our customers. His expertise allows him to communicate how and why our clients use our PCRS software to help our implementation and development teams build features that maximize functionality. He is currently the subject matter expert of our Claims Module and has a wealth of knowledge in earnings calculations, dealership services, credit card integrations, reporting extracts, and data conversions.  Russell recently created a Conversion Tool Kit that allows our new clients to migrate to PCRS more efficiently.

Career

For 23 years, Russell was the Director of Information Technology at Gulf States Toyota, one of the industries’ leading administrators.
